Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation is the process to regain the full level of function following an injury. 

How Does It Work?

There are four stages of the rehabilitation process; recovery, repair, strengthen and functional. Your therapist will guide you through each of these stages over a period of time following your injury. From light exercise therapy to full functioning sports
